Kim Seri Shares Proof of Refund, Starts Paying Back Korea Trip Customers
Kim Seri Takes Responsibility, Begins Refunding Korea Trip Customers
Entrepreneur and social media influencer Kim Seri has finally stepped forward to take responsibility after the controversy over the cancelled Korea trip previously promised to her customers. She has now initiated the refund process for affected individuals.
Payment Receipts Shared via Instagram

Kim Seri, whose full name is Seri Azlina, 39, posted screenshots of refund transactions on her Instagram Story. The shared posts included bank transfer receipts to three individuals, each amounting to RM300 as an initial refund payment — with the rest to follow in phases.
Denies Running Away from Responsibility
This move appears to be an effort to refute allegations that she had abandoned her obligations after news of the cancelled Seoul trip went viral and drew public criticism. By making the refund process transparent, she gives hope to other customers that the issue is actively being resolved.
RM454,450 Losses Reported, 24 Police Reports Filed
Previously, the police received 24 reports from individuals claiming to have been scammed in the Korea travel package handled by Kim Seri’s company. As of now, the total reported losses are estimated to have reached RM454,450.
Refund Promised Before 1 February, But Some Still Waiting
On 17 December, Kim Seri publicly apologized and promised that all refunds would be settled on or before 1 February. However, some customers have since come forward, stating that they have yet to receive the promised payments.
