DAMANSARA UPTOWN BURNED DOWN ANONIMOUSLY
Petaling Jaya: Lot of shops in Uptown Kota Damansara were destroyed by a fire at 8:30 pm yesterday. Assistant Director of Operations for the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department, Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, said they got an emergency call at 8:34 pm.

“As a result, three fire engines from the Sungai Buloh, Kota Anggerik, Damansara, and Petaling fire stations rushed to the location.
“Firefighting work started right away, and the fire was under control by 9:06 pm,”
he said. He mentioned they are currently investigating how many shops were affected by the fire.
At the time of the incident, all the shops were open. The total loss and the reason for the fire are under investigation. “No one got hurt in the incident, and they are currently doing further checks,” he said.
