In a viral TikTok video posted on 4 March, Syed Saddiq is seen handing two sets of baju melayu to Anwar outside Dewan Rakyat. “Datuk Seri, as promised, here are two sets of baju melayu. One is your favourite PKR colour, and the other is pink,” said Syed Saddiq with a grin. However, Anwar couldn’t resist making a cheeky remark. “Bella has to be next to me,” he quipped, hinting at a photo opportunity with the actress. Caught off guard, Syed Saddiq laughed nervously and replied, “Don’t tease me, Datuk Seri. Give me a chance.” But Anwar didn’t stop there. The PM tapped his shoulder and asked, “So, has the wedding date been set?” Syed Saddiq, still laughing, answered, “Let’s hope for the best. Don’t worry, Datuk Seri, you’ll be one of the first to know.” Anwar, still pressing for an answer, leaned in and whispered something to Syed Saddiq, prompting the Muar MP to shake his hand and bow slightly in response.

The video has since racked up over 4.3 million views on TikTok and 2.3 million views on Instagram, fueling even more speculation about the duo’s relationship. Many netizens expressed their frustration over the playful teasing, saying it only made them more curious about whether Syed Saddiq and Bella were really together. “You’ve climbed mountains, you’ve swum across the sea. If there’s no wedding, I’ll block them both on TikTok,” one netizen joked. “If you two don’t get married, I won’t vote for you,” another quipped. As of now, neither Syed Saddiq nor Bella have confirmed anything about their relationship. But if even the Prime Minister is asking, could this mean something is really brewing?
