Rusty Pistol Found at Pantai Bersih – Who Owns This Mysterious Weapon?

A sanitation worker was startled by the discovery of a rusty pistol behind the Pantai Bersih food court in Butterworth. The shocking find was immediately reported to authorities at 10:15 AM yesterday.

According to Seberang Perai Utara District Police Chief, ACP Anuar Abdul Rahman, the police have seized the revolver-type firearm. However, due to its rusted and deteriorated condition, the exact model and type remain unidentified.

“Further investigation is being carried out to determine how the firearm ended up in the area,” he stated in an official statement today.

Old Weapon or Evidence of a Crime? Police Seek Public Assistance

The discovery of a firearm in a public area raises many questions. Was it an old, discarded weapon, or could it be linked to criminal activity?

Authorities are actively investigating whether the firearm has any connection to previous crime cases.
