Popular Malaysian actress Uqasha Senrose has filed for divorce from her husband, Kamal Adli, at the Syariah Lower Court in Kuala Lumpur on 1 October.
First Court Mention Scheduled
According to Utusan Malaysia citing a close source, Uqasha, whose full name is Nik Zaris Uqasha Nik Sen, 33, is expected to attend the first mention of the case today. While neither party has released an official statement, her court appearance confirms growing rumours about the couple’s rocky marriage.
No Third Party Involved
Contrary to assumptions made by the public, sources have clarified that the couple’s issues were not caused by a third party. In fact, their relationship is believed to have begun facing trouble as early as April this year.
It’s understood that the couple no longer lives together, and Uqasha has since moved in with her mother.

In recent months, Uqasha posted several emotional and cryptic messages on her social media platforms. These posts led fans and netizens to speculate about possible trouble in her marriage.

For the record, Uqasha and Kamal tied the knot on 5 November 2021 in a private ceremony held in Janda Baik, Pahang. Their union was blessed with a daughter named Hawra Uqaira.
