The touching moment was captured in a TikTok video posted by the sports complex’s official account, which quickly went viral and tugged at the hearts of thousands online.
Caught in a Downpour and Rising Waters
The video begins with the dog visibly shivering, barely keeping its head above water in a fast-flooding drain. As the rain continues to pour, the staff—equipped only with a shovel and a rope—methodically approach the distressed animal.
One worker carefully loops the rope around the dog’s neck, while others stand by to assist. Despite being clearly frightened, the dog remains still, allowing them to gently hoist it out of the drain.
