Ferrari Driver Apologises After Viral Road Bullying Incident Linked to Streetwear Brand
Ferrari Driver Issues Public Apology After Viral Incident
A Ferrari driver linked to a viral dashcam video showing aggressive road behaviour has come forward to issue a public apology, following widespread backlash online.
The incident, which circulated rapidly across social media platforms, sparked outrage after the driver was seen behaving aggressively toward another road user. The individual involved is known to be associated with Malaysian streetwear label Stoned & Co., leading many to question whether the brand was connected to the incident.
Driver Clarifies No Connection To Streetwear Brand
In a public statement, the driver stressed that the incident had no connection whatsoever to Stoned & Co., describing the viral moment as a personal lapse in judgment rather than a brand-related act.
He explained that although the incident took place outside the brand’s premises, it was neither a publicity stunt nor something endorsed by the company.
According to him, the situation escalated due to emotional reaction, which he now acknowledges was inappropriate and irresponsible.
Takes Full Responsibility For Actions
The driver openly admitted fault, stating that reacting emotionally was not the right response regardless of the circumstances.
He said the incident made him reflect on his behaviour and how he carries himself in public, especially given his visibility and association with a known brand.
The apology also included a message directed at the wider streetwear community, whom he felt were unfairly affected by the incident due to public perception.
Attempted Private Resolution With Affected Party
The driver revealed that he had already reached out to the individual involved to apologise personally. He also offered to repair or compensate for the stone chip damage caused to the other vehicle.
However, he claimed that no response was received following his attempt to resolve the matter privately.
Despite this, he maintained that the responsibility for the incident lies solely with him and not with any organisation or brand.
Stoned & Co. Distances Itself From Incident
Earlier, Stoned & Co. released its own official statement, distancing the brand from the viral road bullying incident.
The management emphasised that the behaviour shown in the video does not reflect the company’s values, work culture, or professional standards. The brand reiterated its stance against aggressive conduct and any actions that may endanger others on the road.
