Everyone dreams of landing their dream job after finishing their studies. Of course, a decent salary plays a big role in navigating today’s economy.

With so many graduates flooding the job market, finding work can be tough. But hey, isn’t it better to have a job than none at all, right?

Starting from the bottom with a modest salary, who knows, maybe one day you’ll land the paycheck of your dreams.

That’s exactly what happened to two young Malay men who received a special reward from their employer.

Loyal from Small Pay to Big

In a heartwarming post on Facebook, a businessman known as Sunny Seow shared the moment he rewarded two Malay workers. These guys had been loyal to him for 12 years, starting from a meager RM900 a month to now earning RM5,000 a month.

“They’ve been with me since they were 16. Over the years, I’ve bought them a car and a house. One of them is married with two kids. I’ve changed the fate of a family, helping them out of poverty.

“Thank you for 12 years of loyalty to my company. It may not be much, but it’s something,” he wrote.

Talk about hitting the jackpot with a caring boss like this, not easy to come by, right? 🙂
