A woman has come forward to reveal that she has yet to receive a refund from controversial TikToker Kim Seri, following last year’s heavily criticized travel package scandal.

Through a TikTok post by user @shmnrn11, she claimed that although Kim Seri promised to settle all refunds within two months, it is now February, and she has yet to receive her money.

💬 “Assalamualaikum, Kim Seri. Happy February 1st. But the refund was supposed to be done before February 1st.”

What’s more shocking, she alleged that Kim Seri has blocked her on social media, making it even harder to get a response.

Apart from being blocked on social media, Kim Seri is said to have left a WhatsApp group chat on January 24 without providing any explanation to those still waiting for their refunds.

💬 “I can’t reach her on WhatsApp. I can’t find her name on IG. Even on TikTok, she’s nowhere to be found. I typed ‘KIMSERI’ in full, but nothing comes up!”

Following this, the woman is calling on others facing the same issue to come forward and speak up, hoping to track down Kim Seri and get clarity on their refunds.

Broken Promises? Refund Assurances Just Empty Words?

Previously, Kim Seri, whose real name is Seri Azlina, had uploaded a public apology after her South Korea travel package sparked controversy.

She admitted that she could not refund everyone at once but promised to settle the payments within two months, or by February 1, 2025.

Now, with more and more customers claiming they have yet to receive their money, the question remains: Will Kim Seri fulfill her promise, or is she just making excuses to escape accountability?
