17 Major Roads to Temporarily Close for Xi Jinping’s Official Visit to Malaysia (15–17 April)
Xi Jinping’s Visit to Malaysia Will Temporarily Close 17 Klang Valley Roads
In conjunction with the official visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping, 17 roads in the Klang Valley and Putrajaya will be temporarily closed between 15 and 17 April 2025, according to a statement by the Federal Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department.
Closures will last between 30 to 45 minutes to allow smooth passage for the president’s delegation. A total of 378 traffic officers will be on duty throughout the visit to manage road safety, monitor traffic, and assist the public.
Motorists are advised to avoid the listed roads, use alternative routes, and follow instructions from authorities during the affected periods.
