A blue Mercedes was waiting to enter the space, but the pair allegedly refused to move. Shezlina and her husband then approached them and asked them to give way. According to Shezlina, they wanted to help settle the situation calmly and remind the pair to follow the parking rules. The encounter was recorded and later shared online, where it caught the attention of Malaysian social media users.

According to Shezlina, the two individuals responded rudely when she and her husband approached them. She said she reminded them to follow Malaysian rules, while the pair claimed they were born in Malaysia. One of them also claimed to have a Malaysian MyKad after Shezlina asked about it. However, the report did not independently verify their nationality, citizenship or MyKad status. Despite the couple asking them to move, Shezlina said the pair remained in the parking spot. The Mercedes driver eventually gave up and left.

She said the parking area was located along a two-way road, although the signage there could make it appear otherwise in the video. Her main issue was with the pair allegedly using themselves to reserve the parking space and refusing to move for the waiting vehicle. She also urged people to respect local parking rules rather than create unnecessary confrontations.
