A recent viral video shows American tourist Terry Pernell expressing admiration for Malaysia’s highway rest areas, saying they’re unlike anything in his home country.

“I’VE NEVER SEEN A REST STOP THIS BIG IN AMERICA”

In the video, Terry is visibly impressed while walking through a rest area along the highway to the East Coast.

“I have to say this: I’ve never seen a rest stop this big in America. This is amazing. Malaysians have so many reasons to feel proud. I’ve travelled to many places and this is by far the best. Trust me,” he said.
