With Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year approaching, most people are busy planning romantic dinners or reunion meals with family.
Malaysian influencer Bryan Wee, however, has decided to take a slightly different route. Instead of finding love the traditional way, he is openly recruiting a “part-time girlfriend” to accompany him for both celebrations.
Yes, this is apparently a limited-time contract.
Strict RM50 Dinner Budget
In a recent Instagram video, Bryan laid out the terms clearly. He is willing to pay for the Valentine’s dinner — but there is a financial ceiling.
The dinner bill must not exceed RM50 per person. If the chosen “girlfriend” orders food beyond that amount, she will have to pay the difference herself.
So rooftop fine dining? Probably not. Extra dessert? Think carefully.
He essentially made it clear: romance, yes. Luxury, no.
No ‘Princess Treatment’ At His Hometown
The arrangement does not end after Valentine’s Day.
Bryan plans to bring his date back to his hometown the following day for Chinese New Year celebrations. However, expectations have been clearly set.
“When you see my parents, please address them properly, and when we’re having meals, take the dishes for me.
“When you’re free, don’t just sit there and scroll through your phone. Help my mum to clean the house.”
In other words, the role includes light domestic responsibilities.
Dress Provided, But Must Return Clean
Bryan also mentioned that he has already prepared a dress for his date to wear. Interestingly, it is a dress he previously wore himself.
One important condition: she must wash and return it after use.
Uniform included. Laundry required.
RM50 Salary And Roses
After successfully completing her duties as a seasonal partner, Bryan promises to pay RM50 in cash and present her with a bouquet of roses worth RM100.
Applications, he said, are still open.
