Diana Danielle and Farid Kamil Officially Split Again, Fans Question Their Drama-Filled Relationship
Malaysian celebrity couple Diana Danielle and Farid Kamil have officially ended their marriage for the second time, putting an end to a 12-year relationship filled with highly publicised ups and downs. The Federal Territories Syariah Court finalized their divorce on 24 March, with Farid pronouncing a single talaq in front of Judge Abdul Fattah Kamaruddin, according to Malay Mail. Diana’s Syariah lawyer confirmed that this brings their total talaq count to two, indicating that any further reconciliation would be considerably complicated under Islamic law.
Their relationship has frequently drawn attention, especially due to their dramatic divorce and rapid reconciliation in 2023, when they reunited only 21 days after officially separating. However, despite their previous attempts to mend their marriage, Diana filed for divorce again on 4 November 2024, citing unresolved differences. Both Diana and Farid maintained composure during court proceedings, emphasizing their mutual decision to focus on co-parenting their two children, Muhammad, 11, and Nur Aurora, 9.
Speaking outside the court, Farid expressed gratitude towards Diana, stating that he is relieved everything concluded amicably during the blessed month of Ramadan. Diana similarly stressed the importance of prioritizing their children’s welfare and preserving a healthy friendship, even post-divorce. The former couple, previously admired as one of Malaysia’s most celebrated celebrity duos, has repeatedly been the focus of public scrutiny, with their previous divorce linked to allegations of financial instability and irreconcilable personal differences.
