According to her account, staff delivered meals directly to other customers’ tables but told her to collect her own order from the counter once it was ready. She initially brushed it off as a possible coincidence and continued her first day without making much of the encounter, even saying that the salad itself was delicious. However, she later described another uncomfortable experience involving an e-hailing driver. She claimed that despite being the person who booked and paid for the ride, the driver barely acknowledged her when she waved while carrying several bags. When her friend waved, however, she alleged that the driver smiled, responded and got out of the vehicle to help with her friend’s luggage.
